Zhuo Li
Postdoctoral Associate
Zhuo Li is a postdoctoral associate at the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at Ivey Business School. He earned his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. His broad research interest includes leadership and followership, person-centered research, power negotiation in groups, personality and assessment.
His research has appeared in prestigious journals including The Journal of Personality, British Journal of Social Psychology, Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, and Nature Communication. Zhuo regularly presents his findings at international conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP).
Beyond academia, Zhuo brings substantial industry experience spanning from hiring assessments to succession planning. He bridges research and best practices to developing evidence-based solutions for organizational challenges.
