Corporate retreats are a powerful tool to bring organizations together.
The Ivey Academy corporate retreat experience provides your team with an opportunity to explore strategic issues over the course of two-and-a-half days – integrating perfectly with your off-site relaxation. We offer a selection of modules focused on a range of contemporary themes:
- Strategy
- Leadership and leading change
- Team effectiveness
- Communications and executive presence
- Disruption and innovation
- Design thinking, analytics, and big data
- Crisis preparation, damage control, and corporate reputation management
- Other relevant topic areas
A Sample Schedule
The core of the experience is a mix of facilitation and executive learning, built around three half-day sessions, as well as social and team-building time. The entire retreat is programmed and executed for you by our experienced program management team.
The concluding corporate session on the final day is left for you to structure and facilitate based on your needs at the time. This is a defining opportunity to structure how you will carry forward the momentum of the discussion and decisions made during the retreat.
