The Ivey Academy and CPA Ontario are pleased to announce the launch of a new partnership to deliver customized Leadership Development Pathways to CPA Ontario members.
The collaboration seeks to develop core leadership competencies for CPAs to thrive in an ever-changing digital world. By combining the strength of The Ivey Academy’s top-ranked executive development with CPA Ontario’s robust professional standards, these professional development experiences are designed to meet the individual needs of CPA members throughout their career journeys.
Choose one of two distinct learning pathways, each building modern leadership and skill development through a series of case-based, experiential Ivey courses and awarding either a Certificate in Leadership or a Certificate in Executive Leadership.
Ivey’s real-world case methodology isn’t about textbooks and lectures – it’s about learning by doing. Working directly with expert Ivey faculty in live virtual sessions, you’ll identify practical takeaways through deep discussion and simulations, before developing an implementation plan to tackle specific challenges at work. And since peer-learning is at the heart of each pathway, you’ll collaborate and network with CPAs from a variety of industries and sectors.
