How can businesses take a proactive approach to developing resilience for an increasingly complex and uncertain future?

In this session, we take a deep dive into the complexities associated with disruptive threats, such as weather disasters and cyberattacks, and the complexities involved in shifting organizational prioritization of long-term success.

For this Lifelong Learning livestream moderated by Bryan Benjamin, Executive Director of The Ivey Academy, we’re joined by Laurel Austin, Associate Professor of Management Science.
